5. We upload your property to over 150 property websites including major portals including rightmove, propertyfinder, PrimeLocation and Fish4Homes, and other major portals.

6. We upload your property to the Newspaper portals including Fish4homes covering the Oxford Times and Property News.

7. We advertise Locally, Regionally and Nationally which increases traffic to our website and increases the number of buyers seeing your property.

8. We post high quality property brochures to buyers upon request.

9. We erect a unique For Sale Board which enables prospective buyers to receive details about your property on their mobile phone.

10. We email and send sms text message of all properties to our extensive Buyer Database.

11. We arrange all viewings and record all viewing feedback in the secure customer access area.

12. We negotiate all offers received and liaise with respective parties throughout the sale.

13. We create your own unique customer log-in so that you can be updated on the progress of your sale from beginning to completion, from the comfort of your own home any time, day or night.
